 WWW.CUMMINS.GR constitutes the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website“) of ERGOTRAK (EMPORIKI MICHANIMATON KAI VIOMIHANIKON EIDON S.A.) (hereinafter referred to as “the Company” or “we“), a member of the Sfakianakis Group, which is active in the import, distribution and after-sales support of vehicles and machinery. Your information regarding our activities, services and products, as well as the protection of your personal data and the security of your transactions are governed by these terms and conditions, which form a single whole, which you must read carefully before navigating the Website and are required to comply with them. Your navigation on the Website, as well as the performance of any transaction or communication through the Website, automatically implies your unconditional acceptance of these terms of use, cookies and your consent to them, as applicable from time to time. If you do not agree with them, you must refrain from using the Website, as well as from carrying out any transaction through it.

The presentation of the products and services offered on the Website is an invitation to the visitor/user/consumer to submit a proposal for the preparation of an insurance contract. Their presentation does not in any way constitute a commitment of the company for the availability and adequacy of the products and services displayed (art. 127 et seq. of the Greek Civil Code).

Therefore, the user/visitor/consumer must comply with their terms and for any problem he may encounter, he must contact the respective provider.
